InPA: the new Public Administration recruitment portal
The protraction of the pandemic has totally revolutionized our modus vivendi, both from a personal and a working point of view. Even the simple contact with a private office or a state body turned out to be much more complicated than usual: it is mainly for this reason that the entire state system has introduced an important restyling plan starting with the digitization of its systems.
Since August 2021, InPA has been active, the new site for recruiting in the Public Administration which collects all the job opportunities of the state universe and allows candidates to interact directly. with official channels both for ordinary public competitions and for those linked to the so-called PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan).
What is the strategic importance of InPA?
The introduction of the new portal has the main objective of proceeding with the recruitment of the staff required to implement the PNRR and to facilitate the turnover of labor resources in public administrations.
The site gives you the opportunity to always be updated on all competition notices and personnel selection notices that have been completely digitized and which, for this very reason, reach the end users of the service in an ever faster and more direct way.
The current numbers already speak of conclusions of selections for about 20 thousand figures. The Ministry’s forecast is to start the turnover, between those who will retire and new hires, to the extent of about 100-120 thousand hires annually and the final target is about 500-600 thousand hires in the next five years.

In your personal area it is therefore possible to fill in the form with your data, the course of study followed, any specializations, skills and work experience.
